Gary’s Duck Inn, “Where good food predominates”, had catered to the growing number of locals and increasing influx of tourists since it had opened in 1944.
Red Lobster – Established in 1968
Charley Woodsby and Bill Darden expanded their partnership and opened the very first Red Lobster in Lakeland, FL in 1968.
Talk of the Town 1974
Charley started to do business with his son, Ron, and they opened the first Talk of the Town Restaurant in Lakeland, FL.
